Haunted by haunting childhood memories, Nate Williams finds himself shrouded in darkness. When his drama teacher, Mr. Deen, breaks him out of prison and takes him in, Nate must confront his past before it leads to his own destruction. Ben Sarro (track coach) is a 2004 graduate of Garden Spot High School (where Stan Deen taught) and coached football, softball, and track from 2010-2018. Looks like a great movie! I’m glad I came across this clip. It seems like several “struggles” are highlighted. Teacher to student and vice versa. Teacher with the school and the education system. Student with his present self and his past. Student with the legal system of the time. And maybe some personal struggles with the teacher? Not my normal type of movie. But the acting in this 2 minute clip… I’m all in! Also, I was in high school in Philly around this time. I know where this town is. I bet there are a number of things in this movie that click with me. I can’t wait to see it!
